We had a great stay here at this luxurious hotel. The location is beautiful, surrounded by peaceful countryside and the garden area was a lovely place to relax. The buffet breakfast and dinner were both delicious, with a wide range of tasty options to choose from. The staff went above and beyond to help us, even with the language barrier. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staffs were very helpful, especially with the language barrier. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast and dinner were super delicious. Also, the hotel was very clean, including all the spa areas.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful spa resort. the buffets offered a wide variety of delicious food and the garden area was a perfect spot for relaxation. Our kids spent hours on the fun activities, and we were impressed with the modern bathroom and excellent service. the breakfast was top-notch and enjoyed with a stunning view of the surroundings. We also loved the HAMAM, inside, and outside pool areas, which were well-maintained with great facilities.
Some of the hotel staff had limited English skills which made communication challenging at times.

Loved the unique LED ceiling design in the pool area and the free bathrobes and towels for the spa. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Location in the heart of the city and close to all major attractions was a massive plus.
The room could use a bit of an upgrade as some of the furnishings were outdated. the breakfast options were a bit limited and could have used some more variety.

The dinner was delicious, and the staff was friendly. The location was great and easy to find. Parking was not a problem and there were many shopping options around the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows.
The breakfast was bad, with limited options and some items tasted stale. The noise level was high, making it hard to sleep.
